Nomination deadline

Nominations can be submitted from March 1st to June 30th of each year. Multiple nominations are possible.

Who may nominate?

As a rule, members of the Academy as well as all heads of all scientific institutions at universities and all non-university research institutes in the state of Baden-Württemberg are eligible to nominate candidates. Self-nominations are not possible. Detailed information on the nomination conditions can be found on the pages of the respective prize.

What needs to be submitted?

For all prizes, please submit the following documents for your candidate:

• Justification of your proposal of a maximum of two pages 
• Curriculum Vitae 
• List of publications 
• The award-worthy work

For the Academy Prize and the Walter Witzenmann Prize, please also submit, respectively, the two doctoral or habilitation reports. For detailed information, please visit the homepages of the respective prize.
